This is a small book of silent comics for reflective people. Verdades que só existem quando inventadas (or “Truths that only exist when made up”) is a series of comics developed during a 9 months period of my life in which I lived in a popular hostel in Rio de Janeiro and found out, through drawing – and more specifically through comics – an almost universal type language; an accessible sort of communication between people from different cultures and parts of the world.
